Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Services

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between the Facilitator (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the Client (“You” or “Your”) for consultancy services related to hair transplant procedures. The Facilitator is not involved in any medical procedures or treatments.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accepting these terms, you agree to comply with them.

  1. Definitions
    • Facilitator: The entity providing consultancy services to the Client, including guidance and referrals to a Treatment Provider, and coordination of related non-medical services.
    • Client: The individual receiving consultancy services and considering or undergoing a hair transplant.
    • Treatment Provider: The medical professional or clinic responsible for performing the hair transplant procedure.
    • Consultancy Services: Services provided by the Facilitator, including guidance, referrals, and coordination with the Treatment Provider.
  2. Facilitator’s Liabilities & Responsibilities
    • The Facilitator provides consultancy services, including guidance and referrals to Treatment Providers. The Facilitator does not provide medical treatment and is not liable for the performance or quality of medical services provided by the Treatment Provider.
    • The Facilitator is not responsible for the outcomes of any medical treatments. The Client agrees that any claims related to medical treatment must be directed to the Treatment Provider.
    • The Facilitator will provide information on the selected Treatment Provider, including their contact details, but the decision to proceed with any treatment and the choice of Treatment Provider rests solely with the Client.
    • The Facilitator is not liable for services provided by third parties, including accommodations, transportation, or any other services arranged for the Client.
  3. Client’s Responsibilities
    • The Client must provide accurate and complete information about their medical condition to the Treatment Provider to facilitate an appropriate treatment plan.
    • The Client is responsible for arranging and ensuring all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order.
    • Payments for medical services are to be made directly to the Treatment Provider. The Facilitator does not handle payments for medical treatments.
    • The Client is advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their treatment and travel.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds
    • The Client may cancel the consultancy services at any time. Any refunds will be subject to administrative fees and specific terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
    • The Facilitator is not responsible for refunds related to services provided by third parties, including the Treatment Provider.
    • After the Client pays the deposit, they can have the hair transplant done at the secured price anytime within the following year. However, once the date is booked, it cannot be changed unless there is an urgent situation.
  5. Feedback and Reviews
    • The Facilitator values feedback to improve services. However, the Facilitator cannot be held responsible for services provided by the Treatment Provider.
    • The Client agrees not to publicly defame the Facilitator or its employees in public forums, including review websites and social media. The Facilitator reserves the right to take legal action if defamatory content is not removed upon request.
  6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
    • The Facilitator will handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Client’s personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes agreed upon.
    • The Client consents to the use of their before-and-after photos for promotional purposes unless they explicitly opt out.
    • The Client consents to being contacted by the Facilitator via SMS, telephone, or email regarding services and opportunities. The Client may withdraw this consent at any time.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
