IMTJ AnnualIMJT Finalist Clinic Center Medical Tourism Summit has been organised in Opatija, Croatia in 2017. Leaders of health tourism industry or the companies that tend to invest in this sector were there in order to discuss industrial issues, find out solutions for sectoral problems and all company representatives had a great chance to have a network.
Moreover, IMTJ also organised an award dinner at the end of summit to announce winners in many different categories related with medical tourism. There were 20 different categories and nominees including clinics, hospitals or doctors from all around the world.
The event started on 24th of April with some conferences and network. Then, it moved on with discussion sessions and debates that hundreds of people attended in the following day.
Clinic Center Representative Ece Gunay Clinic Center Case Manager, Ece Gunay represented Clinic Center in Opatija for three days and stated that it was a great experience and opportunity for Clinic Center since she had a chance to talk with many participants who are working in the same sector but different type of business or running the same business in a different country.
“So, it was impressive and instructional to listen to their experiences and talk with them about the growing sector from different perspectives. You can have a better vision for the industry based on countries or in general to catch the trends and improve our quality.” She also added, “There are hundreds of clinics in the world offering hair transplant, not only in Turkey. It is an honour for my company to be a finalist for the award of The Best Hair Transplant Clinic.”
