Beef Soup with Green Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. Beef
  • 250 gr. Spinach (fresh if possible)
  • Medium size onion
  • Capia Pepper (Sweet)
  • Nutmeg with the tip of a teaspoon
  • 3 glasses of water

Put everything in the pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes. After all the ingredients are cooked, mix everything with a blender to make it soup. The onion should be put as a whole.
